We love watching our grandkids in action at 100% Martial Arts & Fitness in Embrun. It is a family friendly place, and a real asset to this community. The staff is friendly and professional. It is always clean and there is always something fun going on at the dojo!
Joined last April after moving to the area. The instructors are great, and you can tell they make sure to create a friendly environment for everyone. Everyone is friendly, you get to learn new skills that challenge you to become a better version of yourself. It is fantastic and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun way to keep active!
